Responsibilities

Develop clear and differentiated positioning and messaging for the Ecosystem product group—including the Marketplace, Extensibility features, and Developer Experience—articulating business value for technical and non-technical audiences, aligned with Contentful’s brand narrative
Collaborate with the GTM PMM team and lead go-to-market execution for new partner-driven initiatives and launches, including defining and executing campaigns with Brand, Content, Demand Generation, Events, and Partner Marketing to promote integrations and Marketplace offerings
Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Product, Partnerships, Sales, Customer Success, and Enablement to align teams around GTM goals, support internal training, and create materials/strategies for integration adoption and partner value
Create compelling product stories, including messaging frameworks, announcement copy, sales enablement tools, and case studies, to equip Sales and Enablement teams
Collaborate with the Product Research team to gather insights on market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, synthesizing them into actionable recommendations for positioning, messaging, and GTM priorities
Track impact through key metrics such as adoption, engagement, and partner-driven growth; analyze performance to improve messaging, refine GTM plans, and drive business outcomes
