Responsibilities

  • Conduct research on market trends, competitor products, and industry best practices to inform product marketing strategies
  • Assist in the creation of compelling product messaging and positioning for different target audiences
  • Contribute to the development of marketing collateral, including product presentations, datasheets, and case studies
  • Support the sales team by creating sales enablement materials, such as product guides and training documentation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent communication of product features and benefits
  • Work closely with the marketing team to support the planning and execution of product marketing campaigns
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns to optimize effectiveness
  • Collaborate with the customer success team to gather customer feedback and success stories for use in marketing materials
  • Assist in the development of customer-focused content, such as testimonials and case studies
  • Utilize analytics tools to track key performance indicators and generate reports on the success of product marketing initiatives
  • Assist in conducting Win/Loss analysis to identify key factors influencing the decision-making process of potential clients (e.g., pricing, product offering, features)
