Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy focused on driving adoption of freemium product, increasing user engagement, and maximizing conversion rates
  • Leverage data to identify key metrics, track performance, inform decision-making, analyze user behavior, uncover growth opportunities, and optimize user journey
  • Design and run A/B tests, experiments, and growth initiatives to increase user acquisition, retention, and monetization using a test-and-learn approach
  • Collaborate with design and engineering teams to optimize self-serve funnel, reduce friction, and create seamless onboarding experiences converting free users to paying customers
  • Partner with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to align growth initiatives with company goals and ensure stakeholder alignment
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback, collaborate with product squads to develop product roadmaps driving growth
  • Conduct market research on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to identify growth opportunities
  • Drive revenue growth by improving free-to-paid conversion rates, increasing upsell opportunities, and optimizing pricing strategies
  • Build, develop, and lay foundations for a world-class, insight-oriented Growth team to define and deliver backlog of experiments improving metrics and user experiences in Acquisition, Activation, Retention/Engagement, and Monetization
