Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, with at least 4 years of product management experience, preferably with a software development background. A strong technical foundation, expertise in WebRTC, JavaScript Web APIs, and native SDKs (iOS/Android) are required. The ability to prototype with APIs, understand developer workflows, translate developer needs into product requirements, analyze data, and exceptional written and oral communication skills are also essential. Desired qualifications include hands-on programming experience, prior work with WebRTC-based video communications, experience integrating AI into real-time communications, and familiarity with CPaaS technologies.
The Product Manager will define and manage the product roadmap for Client SDKs and media streaming capabilities. They will partner with engineering to prioritize features, resolve technical trade-offs, and ensure developer-first product design. Responsibilities include driving adoption of client-side AI capabilities, leading initiatives to improve video/audio streaming quality, latency, and performance, and conducting market and competitive analysis. The role involves driving global cross-functional teams to develop new video product offerings and serving as the voice of the developer to drive product adoption.
