Requirements

3+ years experience in product management or software development, preferably for eCommerce/payments products with a large user base. Tax expertise is a must
Experience working with International markets and in developing products for multiple geographies
Strong grounding in tax concepts (e.g. direct & indirect taxes, regional tax obligations), audits and regulatory frameworks

Responsibilities

Define tax product vision and roadmaps across technology components. Clearly set the product prioritization with a balance of near-term deliverables and longer-term investment in technology platforms
As the Product Owner, co-lead the Agile scrum team with the engineering counterpart to complete the tax product roadmap with clear achievements
Synthesize market changes and technology improvements into practical improvements for the tax platform
Partner closely with internal and external customers to provide a global viewpoint and extend applications across use cases and geographies
Define a compelling multi-year roadmap for tax technology product development, leveraging a deep understanding of tax objectives, operational pain points, and business needs
Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders, including executives, team members, and customers
Act as a subject matter expert on tax regulations and provide guidance and support to other teams within the company
