Requirements

  • 4+ years of Agile product management experience in a professional services or client-facing environment
  • Proven ability to lead product development end-to-end in a Scrum/Agile context

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, guiding product vision, roadmap direction, and delivery priorities from discovery through launch
  • Act as a strategic consultant, identifying opportunities, risks, and solutions that balance business goals, user value, technical reality, and budget
  • Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and decision-making frameworks that build alignment across stakeholders
  • Provide subject matter expertise in eCommerce, headless CMS, and modern digital platforms
  • Occasional travel across the Americas to meet clients and partners
  • Build and maintain clear, data-informed release plans and prioritization frameworks
  • Own the product backlog, ensuring stories, acceptance criteria, dependencies, and constraints are well-defined and up to date
  • Produce high-quality product requirements documentation, ensuring functional, non-functional, and data requirements are accurately captured
  • Translate complex problems into clear, actionable steps for cross-functional teams
  • Lead end-to-end delivery across discovery, requirements, backlog management, execution, acceptance, and launch preparation
  • Collaborate closely with design, technology, and data teams to validate feasibility, clarify requirements, and ensure shared understanding
  • Manage budgets and provide transparent forecasting, burn insights, and ROI-driven prioritization
  • Facilitate delivery ceremonies and present progress, risks, and decisions to clients and internal leadership
  • Navigate trade-offs across scope, schedule, budget, and quality, escalating with recommended paths forward
