Requirements

  • Knowledge level comparable to a Master's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience)

Responsibilities

  • Wing-to-wing product management of the Global HD/Frontier product line, Performance and Value CT IB, and next-generation NPIs
  • Set business strategy, drive product planning/execution, deliver the product to the market, and support IB/Service with cross-functional teams for the Performance & Value CT segment
  • Drive initiatives to improve the effectiveness of the Engineering function and interface with other functions to provide effective coordination of metrics, dashboards, functional processes, and cross-functional initiative coordination
  • Impact the team's ability to achieve service, quality, and timeliness of objectives, with moderate autonomy and high levels of operational judgment for commercial success within budgets and guidelines
  • Accountability for Installed Base (IB) product management for Performance and Value CT, collaborating with program managers in China and India to drive IB growth, lifecycle management, and customer satisfaction initiatives
  • Accountability for functional, business, and broad company objectives
  • Integrate and develop processes that meet business needs across the organization, be involved in long-term planning, manage complex issues within functional area of expertise, and contribute to the overall business strategy
  • Influence the development of strategy for broad sales territory, including control of resources, with strong commercial awareness
  • Interpret simple internal and external business challenges and recommend best practices to improve products, processes, or services; stay informed of industry trends
  • Use high level of judgment to make decisions and handle complex tasks or problems within projects, product lines, markets, sales processes, campaigns, or customers; assess quality of information, ask pertinent questions, offer new solutions, and use multiple sources for decisions
  • Lead functional teams or projects with minimal resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity; communicate difficult concepts to influence others' opinions and guide alternative viewpoints
  • Lead and coordinate IB product management activities for Performance and Value CT, including lifecycle management, upgrades, and customer engagement programs in partnership with relevant Program Managers
  • Support cross-functional teams to deliver on IB growth targets and customer satisfaction metrics for Performance and Value CT
