Responsibilities

  • Desarrollar e implementar estrategias de marketing para el posicionamiento del portafolio de productos de diálisis peritoneal
  • Analizar las tendencias del mercado, entender los sistemas de salud, analizar los competidores, desarrollar estrategias de precio, desarrollar el Go To Market, identificar las necesidades insatisfechas (unmet needs) de los clientes, mapear los stakeholders clave y analizar el proceso de compra del cliente
  • Establecer los parámetros adecuados para la segmentación del mercado con base en los indicadores clínicos, demográficos, geográficos, financieros, entre otros, y definir los segmentos objetivo para la compañía
  • Establecer y liderar la estrategia del negocio para Diálisis Peritoneal que permita el cumplimiento de los objetivos financieros, clínicos y de generación de demanda
  • Definir el portafolio de productos para las necesidades del cliente
  • Desarrollar e implementar planes tácticos acorde a la estrategia en conjunto con el Gerente de Ventas y la gerencia de generación de la demanda, para asegurar la venta y el agotamiento de los contratos
  • Colaborar con el equipo de Medical Affairs, Clinical Marketing Development y Comunicaciones para posicionar nuestra oferta de valor, posicionar nuestra marca y asegurar nuestra participación en el mercado
  • Coordinar con asuntos regulatorios (RA) los registros sanitarios y de cumplimiento normativo requeridos para asegurar la operación del negocio de PD (COFEPRIS)
  • Trabajar en conjunto con la líder de lanzamiento de productos (ITP Project Lead) para el lanzamiento de nuevos productos que demande el mercado o hagan sentido con la estrategia
  • Colaborar con los equipos de planeación financiera y planeación de la demanda para asegurar el adecuado desempeño de la operación de PD
  • Fomentar una cultura de cumplimiento de normas y prácticas de negocio éticas en la organización
  • Impulsar la implementación del programa de ética y cumplimiento y prevenir, detectar y corregir las violaciones de la ley, las políticas de Vantive y código de conducta
  • Implementar el código de conducta de Vantive, políticas y procedimientos, incluyendo, pero no limitado a la política Global de interacciones y política de terceros y apoyar a los procesos
  • Identificar riesgos de cumplimiento y legales de Vantive en el país/clúster
  • Asegurar de principio a fin la ejecución de los eventos, congresos y demás actividades de marketing para el posicionamiento de la marca
  • Participar de los diferentes espacios de S&OP y S&OE para asegurar la disponibilidad de producto según los parámetros definidos con planeación de la demanda
  • Desarrollar las estrategias de comunicación en conjunto con las áreas de comunicaciones para el posicionamiento de Vantive
