Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Product Management, or a technical field
  • 5+ years product experience in membership systems, entitlements, benefit cards, loyalty, paid perks, or digital privileges
  • Strong understanding of membership logic (eligibility, levels, rules, redemption, expiry)
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally to launch consumer-facing commercial features
  • Data-driven decision maker with experience evaluating retention, usage, and perk performance
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience designing membership perk bundles, access passes, digital entitlement systems, task-based unlocks, or in-app benefits shelves
  • Background in consumer apps, subscription businesses, loyalty programs, or O2O/e-commerce perk systems
  • Familiarity with experiments (A/B testing), pricing strategies, and perk adoption analytics
  • Experience working in AI-driven or multi-platform consumer products

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategy and execution of membership benefits and entitlements, including digital benefit cards, perk bundles, access passes, and AI-powered value unlocks
  • Design and manage the full lifecycle of benefit cards, covering creation, rules/eligibility, activation, redemption, and expiry
  • Develop and optimize in-app perks and benefits surfaces, including benefit shelves, perk bundles, and cross-feature entitlements
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and operations teams to deliver seamless membership experiences and consistent entitlements logic across platforms
  • Analyze user behavior and membership performance to refine perk design, improve retention, and maximize member value
