Requirements

Responsibilities

The Product Manager Lead will guide innovation and legacy solutions for core credit products in the mortgage industry. Responsibilities include gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining product vision, identifying gaps, ensuring regulatory compliance, and working with cross-functional teams to meet revenue growth and customer satisfaction goals. They will build solution strategies to grow revenue, rectify onboarding and operational challenges, align solution strategies across business units, promote product strategy to stakeholders, collaborate on go-to-market strategies, and develop sales training and materials. The role also involves applying market intelligence and P&L analysis, understanding compliance guardrails, conducting Voice of the Customer engagements, and leveraging industry relationships.
