Responsibilities

  • Own the full lifecycle of the Delivery Team, including vision, planning, roadmap, delivery, and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable product features
  • Prioritize user experience, scalability, reliability, and security in all decisions
  • Monitor metrics/KPIs for the respective Delivery Team
  • Partner with IT delivery managers and technical leads to ensure effective backlog management and sprint planning
  • Coordinate releases, enhancements, and incident resolution with cross-functional teams
  • Ensure platforms meet performance expectations and service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Maintain high-quality documentation and runbook standards in collaboration with delivery teams
  • Act as the primary interface between the IT Product team and business stakeholders
  • Conduct enablement sessions and drive platform adoption across business units
  • Gather feedback continuously and integrate it into roadmap planning and prioritization
  • Champion self-service, automation, and platform usability improvements
  • Define, measure, and report KPIs that reflect platform success and user value
  • Align product outcomes with organizational OKRs and support tracking through tools like WorkBoard
  • Drive Quarterly Planning, Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), and progress scorecards
  • Build a data-informed product culture within IT Operations
