Requirements

5+ years of product management experience, ideally with platform or shared service ownership
Strong working knowledge of ERP systems and APIs (e.g., NetSuite, Sage Intacct, QuickBooks)
Demonstrated ability to lead globally distributed engineering teams and deliver product outcomes
Ability to simplify complex technical challenges and communicate clearly with stakeholders
Strong organizational and prioritization skills—comfortable managing multiple initiatives
Experience writing product/technical requirements and collaborating closely with engineering
Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Excel and SQL
Proficiency with collaboration tools such as Google Suite, Confluence, and JIRA
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

Own the strategy and roadmap for the ERP Gateway—Emburse’s shared integration platform
Drive delivery of scalable, secure integrations between Emburse products and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Sage Intacct, QuickBooks)
Translate integration requirements into clear product specs and technical direction for engineering
Manage and prioritize the backlog, balancing feature delivery, customer needs, and technical debt
Lead agile ceremonies (backlog refinement, sprint planning, stand-ups) and ensure smooth execution with global engineering teams
Communicate milestones, tradeoffs, and decisions to Product, Engineering, and Customer Success stakeholders
Maintain stability and enhancements of a legacy integration platform sharing the Gateway’s framework
Monitor customer feedback, market trends, and competing solutions to guide prioritization and innovation
Partner with leadership on long-term integration strategy, including future expansion into HRIS and additional financial systems
