Requirements

3-5 years of experience as product manager in B2B tech space for commercially successful B2B products
Demonstrated deep knowledge of customer service and help desk processes and methods
Product management experience with software is a must
Managed products for BU/company through the $25-$100M ARR phase
Proven ability to design, develop, and ship B2B SaaS using agile methodologies
3-4 years of experience partnering closely with UX research teams, customer advisory boards, and leveraging customer feedback and product usage data

Responsibilities

Achieve strong product market fit with a simple-to-use, high-quality solution for end-user personas using disciplined customer discovery techniques and user-centered design aligned to GTM strategy; deliver 3-4X increase in end-user adoption/usage
Define product requirements leveraging deep domain knowledge, frequent customer validation throughout the PM lifecycle (discovery, design, pre-sales, post-sales, adoption, usage, expansion, renewal), Customer Advisory feedback, Product Council feedback, and product usage data to solve end-user pains
Communicate OKR-based requirements to Engineering, collaborate with Design, Development, and Quality through the product management lifecycle, and provide visibility/expectation setting to stakeholders and customers; measure by on-time delivery, low defects/bugs, and increased adoption/usage
Drive vision and strategy for End-user Experience with superior design/functionality for in-app Help & Support services; maintain differentiation
Drive product roadmap for End-user Experience aligned to market expansion strategy, maintaining customer happiness; measured by 25% increase in win rates against Zendesk and low churn (<10%)
Partner with product marketing, sales, and customer success to execute growth and adoption of End-user Experience with low cost of implementation/support; measure by decreased trouble tickets and zero/minimal CS implementation hours
Manage customer issues and expectations through direct engagement with customers, sales, and CS to share roadmap, resolve issues, and deliver commitments on time
