Requirements

  • Authorized to work in the US as defined by the Immigration Act of 1986
  • Must pass a Criminal Background Check
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum one (1) year of experience in project management, business analysis, or a related field
  • Foundational understanding of Agile methodologies and product development processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and development teams
  • Basic experience with backlog management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello)
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Self-motivated with a strong attention to detail
  • Basic knowledge of customer experience (CX) principles and user journey mapping
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Preferred Requirements
  • Experience in eCommerce, travel, aviation, or SaaS-based product development
  • Scrum Product Owner Certification (SPOC) or Agile-related training
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and data-driven decision-making
  • Experience using product analytics tools like Google Analytics, Amplitude, or Mixpanel
  • Exposure to software development concepts and APIs

Responsibilities

  • Assist in defining and refining the product vision and roadmap
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and document user stories
  • Work closely with development teams to prioritize and manage product backlog items
  • Conduct market research and analyze competitor offerings to identify opportunities
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
  • Support the testing and validation of new product features before deployment
  • Track and analyze product performance metrics to measure success
  • Assist in preparing presentations and reports on product performance and updates
  • Communicate with customer support teams to gather feedback and identify product improvements
  • Work with business teams to ensure smooth product rollouts
  • Model Allegiant’s customer service standards in personal actions and when providing direction
  • Other duties as assigned
