Demonstrated experience shipping high-impact product features or managing platform-level launches
Strong product discovery skills—can turn ambiguity into structured learning, insight, and direction
Clear, concise communicator comfortable with executives, engineers, and everyone in between
Experience working with UI/UX teams to translate vision into wireframes and prototypes
Excellent judgment balancing user value, technical feasibility, and business needs
Familiarity with agile development, iterative releases, and cross-functional team rituals
Background in SaaS, software development, internal tools, or platform product management is a plus
Comfortable with analytics tools, dashboards, and usage data to inform decisions

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for key features and initiatives across Hatch and Unity
Define product requirements grounded in real user problems and validated feedback
Collaborate with UI/UX designers to bring intuitive, user-centered experiences to life
Work closely with stakeholders across departments—customer success, marketing, operations, finance—to ensure launches are well-coordinated and successful
Run beta programs, gather feedback, and iterate quickly
Drive product communications and documentation alongside marketing and enablement teams
Help manage, groom and communicate our product roadmap to both internal and external audiences
Stay deeply engaged with clients, end users, and internal users to understand needs and proactively identify improvement opportunities
Help shape product strategy and roadmap in partnership with platform leadership
