Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Manage the lifecycle of assigned B2B Agentic commerce products and features, from requirements gathering to launch and post-launch optimization
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify opportunities for product improvement or net new products
  • Translate business needs into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Support go-to-market activities, including creation of product collateral, sales training materials, and client-facing presentations
  • Be data obsessed: Track and analyze product performance metrics, recommending changes to improve adoption and retention
  • Collaborate with multiple teams at Visa to build your product strategy and deliver product enhancements
  • Contribute to the broader VCS product roadmap by sharing insights and feedback from customers and the market
