Requirements

  • An experienced Product Manager with a minimum of 3+ years of experience and a proven ability to manage complex products from concept validation through to successful launch and iteration
  • Passion for user growth and a solid understanding of entitlements, promotional systems, and paywalls
  • Genuinely data-driven and instinctively use quantitative and qualitative insights to validate hypotheses and guide strategic product decisions
  • Effective, polished communicator capable of synthesizing complex technical and growth requirements and translating them for engineering, design, and business teams to deliver unified, impactful solutions
  • Highly adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced transformation environment

Responsibilities

  • Define, build, and launch exceptional, market-leading products for the Entitlements & Offerings space
  • Write clear, exhaustive specifications for major features, including those required to enable experimentation, thinking through and specifying complex functionality with the right level of detail for engineering execution
  • Be a key driver in building experimentation tools, supporting promotional and offer capabilities, and enabling crucial growth marketing initiatives
  • Seamlessly transition focus between managing a large-scale platform implementation project and driving continuous, incremental software improvements based on real-time user feedback and evolving business needs
  • Leverage data and actionable insights from analytics platforms to rigorously inform product decisions, analyse user behaviour, and accurately measure product success
  • Work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders—including finance, engineering, legal, and business teams—to understand their strategic goals and effectively communicate product roadmap, risks, and dependencies
  • Manage and rigorously prioritize the product backlog for the dedicated engineering team, ensuring resources are focused on the highest-value initiatives
  • Translate high-level strategic changes in a fast-moving transformation environment into clear, actionable, and measurable product initiatives for the squad
  • Take ownership of the technical implementation quality, ensuring payment processing is secure, compliant, and highly available
  • Work closely with engineers to ensure solutions are scalable and maintainable for long-term growth
