Requirements

5+ years in enterprise product roles ideally within VFX, animation, or studio environments
Knowledge of building technical pipelines or production tools for high-volume content (feature films, episodic TV)
Strong technical acumen: comfortable defining API contracts, data schemas, and integration patterns
Exceptional stakeholder management: you’ve negotiated priorities with global studios and internal stakeholders

Responsibilities

Define and execute the product vision for studio pipelines, from asset ingestion to final render orchestration
Collaborate with studio clients to gather requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions
Build and prioritize a backlog of features that automate manual processes, reduce pipeline bottlenecks, and ensure seamless scaling
Lead cross-functional teams—including MLOps, engineering, and support—to deliver enterprise-grade features on tight production schedules
Drive adoption through pilot programs, client workshops, and hands-on support
Monitor key enterprise metrics (uptime, throughput, error rates) and implement data-driven improvements
