Requirements

  • 5+ years in enterprise product roles ideally within VFX, animation, or studio environments
  • Knowledge of building technical pipelines or production tools for high-volume content (feature films, episodic TV)
  • Strong technical acumen: comfortable defining API contracts, data schemas, and integration patterns
  • Exceptional stakeholder management: you’ve negotiated priorities with global studios and internal stakeholders
  • Metrics-driven mindset: skilled at defining SLAs, tracking performance KPIs, and iterating for continuous improvement
  • Collaborative leader who thrives in complex, matrixed organizations

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the product vision for studio pipelines, from asset ingestion to final render orchestration
  • Collaborate with studio clients to gather requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions
  • Build and prioritize a backlog of features that automate manual processes, reduce pipeline bottlenecks, and ensure seamless scaling
  • Lead cross-functional teams—including MLOps, engineering, and support—to deliver enterprise-grade features on tight production schedules
  • Drive adoption through pilot programs, client workshops, and hands-on support
  • Monitor key enterprise metrics (uptime, throughput, error rates) and implement data-driven improvements
