Requirements

Candidates should have experience as a software engineer or a proven track record working as a Product Manager on a highly technical product. Excitement or experience in identity and security is preferred, along with prior experience at an early or mid-stage B2B startup. Candidates must be comfortable with ambiguity and possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills for conveying technical concepts to a range of audiences. Strong root-cause and systems thinking abilities are also required.

Responsibilities

The Product Manager will own Stytch's core product offering, including APIs and SDKs used for end user authentication, authorization, and organization management. They will identify opportunities to enhance the value provided to customers through the auth product suite, improve developer ergonomics, strengthen security posture, and enhance end user experience. The PM will advocate for projects that drive Stytch's business forward and provide mentorship and guidance to teammates.
