Responsibilities

  • Create multiple intuitive entry points for guests to begin their Target run, ensuring fast, accurate, and contextually relevant suggestions before and after they type
  • Collaborate with design, data, and engineering partners to uncover opportunities
  • Leverage guest research and experimentation to rapidly test, learn, and iterate toward meaningful outcomes
  • Collaborate with product team and key stakeholders to develop a plan and business objectives (OKRs) for the product
  • Build strong knowledge of the product through product discovery, collecting customer feedback and relevant data to prioritize direction and outcomes
  • Work with engineers, UX designers, data scientists, and business partners to deliver the product
  • Serve as the “voice of the product” with the product team and stakeholders to ensure needs are met
  • Maintain and refine the product backlog by creating user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Prioritize the backlog to focus on highest impact work for the team and stakeholders
  • Encourage open exchange of information and viewpoints
