Candidates should possess experience managing a Product Backlog, prioritizing and negotiating requirements, defining MVPs, and developing roadmaps. They should be able to apply user insights, data, and statistical analyses to inform decisions, and demonstrate impact from working in a startup, scale-up, or consulting firm. Proven ability to work with engineering and Product Management teams to discuss technical concepts, make tradeoffs, and evaluate new ideas is required, along with experience managing complex problems involving multiple stakeholders. Working proficiency in English (level B2 or equivalent) is also necessary.
The Product Manager will identify problems, define solutions, and manage the delivery of new features and solutions within a Product Squad. They will write features specifications and user stories, manage the roadmap and product backlog, drive product features through their entire creative cycle, ensure timely and effective delivery, attend customer discoveries, and adapt solutions accordingly. They will also become a subject matter expert for their squad’s product backlog and roadmap, lead the development of the squad’s roadmap with a forward-looking vision, perform qualitative and quantitative research, partner with stakeholders, and be accountable for their squad’s performance against target KPIs and quarterly OKRs.
