Requirements

5+ years of experience in product management, ideally on cross-functional and complex topics involving multiple stakeholders
Ability to understand advanced functional and technical issues, make systems more efficient, draw inspiration from standards, and work closely with multidisciplinary teams
Good understanding of service-oriented architectures (APIs, microservices) and eventing/event-driven design mechanisms for data diffusion and consumption at enterprise scale
Appetite for UX and understanding of user journeys, ensuring a smooth experience aligned with internal and external needs
Ability to defend your vision convincingly while remaining open to feedback to rally stakeholders
Mastery of Agile methodologies with a strong focus on performance and continuous improvement
Perfect communication in French and English for running collaborative workshops, ceremonies, user interviews, and presenting roadmaps to stakeholders
Autonomy in missions, proactive with proposals, and precise in work

Responsibilities

Carry the product vision for customer lifecycle management solutions (creating, administering, and evolving contractual information) and the shared customer/contractual data model ensuring coherence, quality, and diffusion across the application ecosystem
Pilot product evolutions in close collaboration with business, data, and technical teams to strengthen data coherence, availability, and value
Place user experience at the heart of decisions, combining deep understanding of user journeys with mastery of integration, security, and platform migration challenges
Handle collaborative roadmap definition phases, Discovery, product launches, and performance monitoring post-delivery
Collaborate with business, product, and tech teams to define a common roadmap aligned with Believe's business challenges
Support the ongoing transformation including modernization of existing systems, API-ization, implementation of event-driven models, and legacy maintenance for a smooth transition
