Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Discover customer and partner needs and market problems while keeping in mind overall business objectives
  • Define a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap
  • Share the product vision with all stakeholders: customers, partners, management, engineering, marketing, sales, and other teams
  • Act as the subject matter expert for CPaaS integrations
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to build the product
  • Ensure company readiness for product launches by removing roadblocks
