Requirements

Proven experience managing client-facing portals in the financial services sector
Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including regular updates and an ability to influence executive leadership
Demonstrated ability to work directly with clients to shape product solutions
Familiarity with agile delivery, backlog management, and cross-functional collaboration
(Nice-to-Have) Experience with Salesforce, Dynamics, or similar platforms
(Nice-to-Have) Understanding of payment rails, transaction search, and financial crime workflows
(Nice-to-Have) Exposure to accessibility standards and UI/UX best practices

Responsibilities

Define and maintain a 6+ month roadmap for the Banking Portal and associated APIs
Lead portal feature development including safe payees, audit logs, approvals, and multi-currency account access
Prioritise backlog items based on client research, portal usage data, and business impact
Conduct interviews and feedback sessions with clients to understand portal usage patterns and pain points
Translate client needs into actionable requirements and guide engineering teams through iterative delivery
Collaborate with Client Services and Ops Readiness to ensure portal features meet operational and compliance standards
Regularly update senior stakeholders including C-suite on roadmap progress, delivery risks, and client feedback
Present portal KPIs and performance metrics, including availability, complaints, and feature adoption
Align portal strategy with broader product and regulatory initiatives across the bank
