  • Skills in driving product adoption across regions, segments, and use cases
  • Capability to measure and communicate product performance post-launch
  • Experience in financial management, including budgeting, planning, and reporting for products like Visa Direct in Europe
  • Proficiency in risk management, working with risk champions, compliance
  • Ability to support Chief of Staff with internal communication, culture, and employee engagement
  • Skills in providing general administrative support to senior leaders

Responsibilities

  • Maximize value of products and engineering teams working on FX products
  • Work directly with engineering team and delivery manager as part of an agile team
  • Answer key questions: What products/features to build and why, and how to deliver to market
  • Collaborate in crafting tribe’s strategy via deep research
  • Develop product strategy and roadmap for the team
  • Secure buy-in for product strategy
  • Translate strategy and customer problems into product backlog
  • Conduct discovery with clients to uncover problems/opportunities
  • Engage stakeholders to ideate new features/products
  • Complete detailed discovery on payment files, flows, and systems
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation with teams
  • Ensure sprint-ready requirements (functional/non-functional)
  • Manage end-to-end product development, planning to launch
  • Prioritize product backlog across teams if needed
  • Collaborate with delivery manager on team performance
  • Participate in agile ceremonies and explain prioritization
