Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the U.S. equity markets, with a strong grasp of market structure and regulatory frameworks
  • Conceptual understanding of market data feed protocols (e.g., multicast, TCP/IP, FIX/ITCH)
  • Familiarity with product or software development lifecycles (PDLC/SDLC)
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, particularly in multi-party or committee-driven environments
  • Ability to synthesize complex technical and regulatory information into clear, client-facing documentation

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a key conduit between internal Nasdaq teams and external client stakeholders
  • Translate client requests and business requirements into actionable documentation
  • Draft and maintain vendor notices and specifications, ensuring accuracy and timely updates
  • Create and deliver quarterly committee reports
  • Collaborate with technology teams to compile and report monthly operational statistics
  • Participate in client outreach and industry meetings
  • Provide functional and application-level support to clients, including issue resolution, escalation management, and incident tracking
  • Deliver technical and functional input to sales and commercial teams to support proposals and client communications
