Requirements

Candidates should possess experience managing a Product Backlog, prioritizing and negotiating requirements, defining MVPs, and developing roadmaps. They should have proven impact from working in a startup, scale-up, or consulting firm, and demonstrated ability to work with engineering and Product Management teams. Working proficiency in English (level B2 or equivalent) is required, along with a bias toward action, collaboration, and a drive for clarity and delivery.

Responsibilities

The Product Manager will identify problems, define solutions, and manage the delivery of new features and solutions within their squad. They will write features specifications and user stories, manage the roadmap and product backlog, drive product features through their entire creative cycle, ensure timely and effective delivery, attend customer discoveries, and perform qualitative and quantitative research and analysis. Additionally, they will become a subject matter expert, lead the development of their squad’s roadmap, partner with stakeholders, and be accountable for their squad’s performance against target KPIs.
