Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
3-5 years experience working in product management or other translatable experience
Experience working with high-risk patient populations or value-based care models
Ability to deeply understand internal customer pain points and translate them into product solutions that deliver measurable business value
Proficiency in analyzing metrics, user behavior, and business performance data to guide product decisions, including understanding key performance indicators, genAI prototype building/testing, and using analytics tools to measure success
Capability to influence and coordinate across engineering, data science, design, sales, deployment, and operations teams without direct authority
Understanding of software development processes, APIs, system architecture, and relevant emerging technologies
Expertise in agile methodologies, sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and iterative development approaches that allow for rapid adaptation to changing business needs
Skill in translating business objectives into clear, actionable product requirements and user stories that development teams can execute effectively
Experience building full-stack technology solutions from data ingestion to UX
Familiarity with healthcare data standards and integration requirements

Responsibilities

Own the development and execution of a product roadmap for quality and risk adjustment that meets our member and partner needs
Create business cases for new features
Work with internal stakeholders to identify strategies to execute against quality and clinical opportunity areas by understanding the details of our value-based care contracts
Partner with our process improvement team to ensure the clinical teams have a positive UX and UI across all surfaces
