Requirements

  • Any Graduation or University degree in Science / Marketing / Project Management discipline (or 3 to 5 years equivalent experience)
  • 5 to 8 years of experience
  • Skill in Marketing Operations - Product Requirement Definition
  • Ability to co-ordinate a number of complex issues at the same time whilst meeting agreed deadlines
  • Ability to form good business relationships and communicate well at all levels across the various businesses and functions
  • Eye for detail to ensure every change is accurate and compliant to internal and external regulatory standards
  • Ability to influence and challenge stakeholders to ensure required standards are met
  • Experienced in working with defined processes and systems
  • Demonstrated planning and/or performance management ability
  • Articulate, clear speaker and concise & precise written communicator (able to be understood by colleagues for whom English is not the first language)
  • Good IT skills and competent in MS Office applications

Responsibilities

  • Administer the product & SKU data within Streamline; change requests for the Lubricants SPU businesses and provide a quality review to ensure compliance with data integrity standards
  • Provide support and process expertise to users of the Streamline & Fusion systems & databases
  • Provide SME support to large projects and support Streamline and wider Product Lifecycle Management improvement projects as required
  • Support the marketing team with initiating marketing owned streamline requests – except for labelling and PDS requests
  • Support supply chain with initiating complex source change requests
  • Ensure that requests initiated are in line with the Portfolio Rules of the Game and have accurate & complete information to support subsequent stages within the process
  • Optimise streamline requests to ensure appropriate sequence and/or aggregation of requests to reduce effort and possible data inconsistencies emerging from too many & frequent changes to the same product card
  • Maintain the Streamline request form with appropriate picklists (to match with Streamline)
  • Receive and review Streamline request forms from an approved set of Request Owners
  • Review data in the request form for completeness, accuracy and compliance with the Portfolio Rules of The Game
  • Liaise with Request Owner in case of discrepancies in the request form to update the request within guidelines where possible OR reject when request owners are unwilling to change/provide adequate information; clearly document and escalate all rejections to Team Leader
  • Redirect requests from other sources to relevant Request Owners
