Requirements

  • Currently pursuing an MBA degree in a college or university program, entering final year of study
  • Strong communicator with the ability to bring people together to define a common vision and plan for action
  • Keen sense for defining user problems and evaluating solutions
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Experience working in an Agile environment is a plus
  • Available for 10-week internship from May 27th, 2026 to August 7th, 2026, based in San Francisco, CA, onsite three days per week

Responsibilities

  • Be the advocate for customers and understand community needs to build delightful experiences
  • Break down complex challenges into clear actions, make trade-off decisions balancing implementation and time-to-market, and align cross-functional teams
  • Use UX Research, market research, A/B Testing, and competitive analysis to drive product decisions, ensuring research and data inform collaboration with designers, engineers, and stakeholders
  • Lead product vision, Cost/ROI analysis, strategy, development, and execution of new product initiatives and features to drive impact; define, identify, and track aligned product and business metrics
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, research, security, legal, and other teams to build products
  • Articulate problems being solved, product vision, write crisp requirements, and communicate challenges and constraints to senior management and stakeholders
