Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Product Management and cross-functional teams (Merchandising, Design, Technical Design, Planning, and Integration) to lead the product creation cycle from brief to final product approval
  • Lead the product creation workflow through data management, tool creation, and effective collaboration across cross-functional partners
  • Enable Product teammates with organized, accurate, and well-maintained tools
  • Ensure accuracy of information in key systems
  • Manage sample ordering and sample management
  • Participate in and conduct meetings, providing clear communication to guide cross-functional teams through critical checkpoints
  • Deliver on key dates, meet deadlines, and guide the team to complete key deliverables
  • Conduct marketplace and consumer research to drive product excellence and deliver market-leading running products
  • Over time, take responsibility for portions of the product line, crafting insightful and impactful product briefs in partnership with manager, and facilitate products through the creation process
  • Act as a self-starter, seeking projects and generating ideas to help the Product team perform at its best
