Requirements

Experience in Product Management, go-to-market propositions, platform product design, planning and development
2+ years of formal people management experience
Experience considering both user requirements and commercial strategy in order to drive meaningful product growth
Experience taking products from ideation to delivery, ideally at global scale
Ability to manage difficult tradeoffs such as long-term product vision and short-term growth requirements
Ability to thrive in data-driven, cross-functional teams
Exceptional English and Chinese communication skills
Flexibility to work across multiple time zones

Responsibilities

Take ownership of Airwallex’s money movement infrastructure roadmap, from strategy, financial partner assessment, solutioning to delivery
Communicate product strategy and prioritisation with conviction, manage a high-performing team of Product Managers
Collaborate closely with financial partnership, engineering, operations, and commercial teams
Build a scalable and reliable infrastructure to handle increased usage and complexity
Deliver impactful outcomes
Provide insights and guidance to other teams
Iterate quickly on new product launches, feature enhancements, and user feedback
