Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline, and demonstrate at least 3 years of experience working with data, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry. Strong SQL skills are essential, along with a solid understanding of data analysis techniques and methodologies.

Responsibilities

As a Product Expert, you will be responsible for successfully owning and managing customer relationships to ensure they are receiving maximum value from Veeva Compass products, including Compass Patient, Prescriber, and National. This includes onboarding and training customers on the Compass Portal and data products, driving customer data investigations and resolving data questions using SQL, owning core internal dashboards and metric generation, and assisting IT teams with data ingest. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Product team to influence product roadmap and translate customer feedback into actionable improvements.
