Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end design for core product areas—from early concept to final implementation
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define team roadmaps and ensure solving the right problems
  • Partner with engineers to ensure high-quality implementation that matches design intent
  • Create flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas clearly
  • Facilitate design sprints, user research sessions, and collaborative workshops
  • Help evolve and maintain the design system for a cohesive experience across the platform
