Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of experience designing digital products across mobile and web
  • A portfolio that demonstrates strong UX and visual design skills across 2-3 different in-depth cases

Responsibilities

  • Design and ship high quality product experiences – everything from low-friction consumer onboarding to network security monitoring tools for enterprises
  • Lead rapid, iterative design sprints, incorporating feedback from stakeholders, driving towards the most impactful product changes as quickly as possible
  • Translate complex privacy and security features into visually compelling product experiences
  • Own entire product areas and take responsibility for ensuring we are improving the usability and design of that product area over time
  • Build, maintain, and extend design system components to support growth and cross-product cohesion
  • Partner with marketing, sales and BD to craft compelling visual stories that carry through the entire customer journey – from our ads, socials, pitch decks, website, through to our products
  • Participate in design critiques, product QA, and strive to continually raise the bar in terms of product and design quality
  • Create quick prototypes and conduct iterative user testing to validate ideas and uncover new opportunities
  • Collaborate closely with engineering across iteration, handoff, and QA to ensure designs are implemented with quality and intent
