Requirements

4+ years of experience working in UX, Product Design
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Desire to learn and grow into more responsibilities, such as mentorship, strategy, and elevating the team’s overall design thinking and craftsmanship
Expertise in Figma
Prototyping skills (preferably Figma)
Preferred
Experience working with B2C, SaaS, and B2B products
Expertise in iOS, Android, and responsive web design
Experience with data-driven design
Experience with user testing and running basic usability studies
Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies

Responsibilities

Work closely with product, business strategy, and engineering to run and execute projects with high-level direction within your product area
Identify the right solutions for ambiguously defined problem spaces
Simplify and solve user needs for multiple customer types
Design end-to-end journeys and interactions that drive engagement to meet revenue goals for a product area

Detail-oriented with micro-interactions, copy, edge cases, and states
Excellent UX problem-solving: Ability to create efficient solutions for complex user journeys
Strong visual design skills: knows how to use color, composition, visual hierarchy to produce delightful user interfaces. Demands a high level of visual polish from their work
