Requirements

3+ years of professional experience in product design, UX/UI, or a related field, with a strong portfolio demonstrating problem-solving and user-focused design skills
Keen interest in creating intuitive, user-friendly designs that tackle complex problems with creativity and precision
Strong expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite, with ability to produce high-quality wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and value contributions of product managers, engineers, and fellow designers
Deep understanding of the importance of user research and usability testing, with ability to iterate based on feedback and data
Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and shifting priorities
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience designing for SaaS platforms or B2B products, especially in restaurant or hospitality industries
In-depth understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices
Experience contributing to or maintaining design systems
Ability to distill complex user needs and business goals into clean, functional, and aesthetically pleasing design solutions

Responsibilities

Lead design efforts on small to medium-sized projects, creating thoughtful visual design, interaction design, and high-fidelity prototypes that enhance the user journey
Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to bring designs to life, ensuring alignment with product goals and business objectives
Participate in design reviews, presenting work to team members and stakeholders, incorporating feedback to iterate and improve designs with focus on user needs
Utilize user research, feedback, and data analysis to contribute to user-centered solutions that solve real pain points and elevate product experience
Maintain and contribute to Restaurant365’s design system to ensure cohesive user experiences across all platform components
