Requirements

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience designing digital products with a strong portfolio demonstrating elegant solutions to complex problems. They should possess strength in visual design, interaction design, and information architecture, with experience moving quickly from research to design to iteration. The ideal candidate can gather or synthesize user insights to inform decisions, is comfortable working in Figma and with existing design systems, and has strong communication skills to explain their thinking and align with both designers and non-designers. A flexible, pragmatic approach is essential, enabling the delivery of high-impact design in a short time frame. Collaboration, adaptability, and the ability to jump into a fast-moving team to deliver immediate value are also key requirements.

Responsibilities

The Product Designer will deliver design work end-to-end, including research, wireframes, prototypes, usability testing, and high-fidelity designs. They will run focused, lightweight research to surface customer insights through methods like interviews, journey mapping, and competitor reviews. This role involves partnering closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define problems and ship solutions that balance usability with business needs. Responsibilities include supporting key initiatives such as optimizing existing flows, refining landing pages, or contributing to upcoming launches. The designer will use the existing design system to maintain consistency and scalability, while also suggesting improvements and creating new components as needed. Participation in essential team check-ins, such as design reviews, stand-ups, and retros, is required to stay aligned and keep projects moving. Clear communication of design choices and progress to stakeholders is also a key responsibility, balancing speed and quality by delivering quickly and iterating based on feedback.
