Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product design, including 2+ years managing designers
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions, showcasing end-to-end product design work, including process, thinking, and final outcomes
  • Proficiency in Figma
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and grow a team of UX/UI designers
