Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and grow a team of UX/UI designers
Partner with product managers and engineers to shape product strategy and user experience
Contribute directly to feature design and product development
Own and improve the design process from research to execution
Help maintain and evolve design systems to ensure consistency and quality
Advocate for user-centered design across teams
Review and provide feedback on design deliverables
Help recruit, onboard, and develop design talent
