Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate high skill in product design across interaction, visual and service design
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to inform use of tools, platforms, frameworks and design systems
  • Create design artifacts including journey maps, blueprints, high-fidelity designs and prototypes
  • Lead design projects, directing and delegating work for junior team members
  • Build strong partnerships with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Mentor team members and help mature the product design practice
  • Navigate needs of partners and stakeholders using critical-thinking, data, research insights, scalability and tech constraints
  • Focus team on customer-centered solutions and inclusive design
  • Apply insights on customers, competitors and market trends to business challenges
  • Shape shared point of view for team, partners and stakeholders
  • Demonstrate understanding of tech, data capabilities and emerging technologies to inform work and help team navigate limitations
  • Leverage network of partnerships to foster collaboration and drive product strategy
  • Incorporate cross-functional perspectives to bridge information gaps
  • Present work across levels using human-centered approach integrating design frameworks, data and research insights
