Requirements

Responsibilities

The Product Design Lead will be responsible for crafting end-to-end experiences that power the heart of every restaurant's digital presence — their menu, collaborating deeply with product managers, engineers, and operations to launch features that simplify complex workflows, participating in design critiques and cross-functional reviews to refine ideas, and enhancing the Menus experience by contributing to the design system and evolving core patterns. They will also champion user-centered design by advocating for the needs of restaurant operators, delivery staff, and internal teams, while navigating technical constraints and business trade-offs with clarity and conviction.
