Requirements

Strategic, systems and scale-minded with experience in early-stage product development and ambiguity
Experience shaping products through multiple evolutions, managing multiple designers to create development-ready features
Capacity to improve team capabilities in UX Strategy, Wireframing, and Concepting, establishing standards and upskilling the team
Comfortable driving evolutions in program operating models, maturing design and research participation in product design/development
Deep knowledge and experience utilizing and growing design systems that support multiple programs, influencing patterns and team operations
Front-end, generative research experience, either defining/leading research directly or participating effectively
Player-coach mindset for leading, delegating, and creating clarity for designers
Thought-leadership in envisioning end-states meeting business goals and user needs, informed by research
Eligible for full-time employment (no sponsorship, including F-1 visa with CPT/OPT/STEM OPT)

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Business Product Ownership & Management stakeholders to evolve Digital Products achieving business objectives and key results
Shepherd Product Experience Visions and Roadmaps communicating product evolution and value to customers/users over time
Strategize and plan product-level discovery and concept design exercises influencing feature shapes and streamlining detailed design/development
Exercise player-coach mindset: create clarity, shape/delegate work accelerating core efforts
Drive research integration into design workflows, collaborating with research team and peer design leads for research-driven decisions
Partner with design leads and design producer to elevate design/experience craft, ensuring high-quality, consistent outputs meeting business/experience objectives
Lead fast-paced ideation, concepting, and prototyping sessions to explore/validate experience directions early in lifecycle
Define/evolve product structure, anticipating change/growth, setting information architecture strategies (e.g., density, purpose)
Mentor Product Designers, build design thinking knowledge among product teams and senior leadership
Strategize/plan early-stage prototype and test methodologies driving design decisions
