Requirements

Strong portfolio showcasing mobile app design expertise and problem-solving skills
Previous experience in startups or early-stage companies (advantageous, particularly in achieving product-market fit and scaling efforts)
Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma or similar software
Solid understanding of user-centred design principles
Experience working closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and other designers
Experience with mobile prototyping and user testing methodologies
Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment and provide mentorship to junior team members
Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies in mobile app design

Define the visual identity of the apps, from creating seamless interfaces to designing captivating user journeys
Take charge of the design process, collaborating closely with diverse teams to transform intricate concepts into visually stunning, user-focused solutions to drive engagement and retention
Transform Muscle Booster into the most engaging, simple, and fun strength training app in the market
Create healthy habits for users by designing a user experience based on deep user understanding and solving for barriers that stop users from getting stronger
Collaborate closely with product leadership to shape and deliver on the product roadmap and vision
Lead and mentor a team of three passionate designers
