Requirements
Candidates should possess 20+ years of experience managing product design teams and coaching individuals, with a director or vice president level leadership background. Coaching certification is a plus, but not required, and a high emotional IQ and self-awareness are essential. Furthermore, the ability to dedicate a minimum of 12+ hours per month to coaching at Mento for the next 24+ months is required.
Responsibilities
As a Product Design Coach, the role involves forming 1:1 partnerships with Mento members to help them identify and track goals, improve leadership skills, communicate effectively, and problem-solve workplace issues, while also fostering happiness and fulfillment. Responsibilities include conducting virtual coaching sessions using the Mento Platform and Tools, participating in ongoing training sessions to enhance coaching abilities, communicating with members via email or chat, serving as an integral member of the coaching community by sharing tools and insights, and acting with kindness, respect, and empathy as an ambassador of the Mento community.
