Requirements

  • 4+ years in Data Analytics, with a dedicated focus on Product Analytics or Growth
  • Prior experience in Crypto, Fintech, or high-velocity B2C Tech (Gaming/E-commerce) is highly preferred
  • Expert proficiency in SQL is non-negotiable
  • Deep hands-on mastery of Mixpanel (building funnels, retention cohorts, impact analysis)
  • Proficiency in Tableau for high-level reporting
  • Experience with Segment or similar CDPs for data governance
  • Ability to translate complex business questions into technical queries

Responsibilities

  • Go beyond reporting to provide actionable recommendations. Analyze user friction points within the onboarding and trading flows to drive product iterations
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to analyze campaign effectiveness, affiliate performance, and referral systems. Be the source of truth for CAC, LTV, and ROI metrics
  • Build intuitive, self-serve dashboards in Tableau and Mixpanel that allow stakeholders to monitor KPIs (Daily Active Users, Churn, Trade Volume), conversion funnel and campaign metrics
  • Partner with Product Managers before engineering begins to define clear success metrics (KPIs) and tracking requirements. Ensure no feature is shipped without measurement plans for product development, strategy, and performance decisions
  • Move beyond passive health monitoring. Relentlessly dig into the data to uncover the "why" behind funnel drop-offs and user friction, transforming negative trends into optimization opportunities
  • Build and maintain sophisticated user cohorts (e.g., Retail vs. Pro Traders, Power Users vs. At-Risk Churn) to isolate specific behavioral patterns and help understand varying user trading behaviors
  • Act as the guardian of our data schema. Standardize event naming conventions and properties to ensure absolute consistency across Web, iOS, and Android, keeping data clean and scalable
  • Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests (and multivariate tests) to scientifically measure uplift and distinguish between signal and noise
