Requirements

  • Must be a second-year undergraduate student on a placement year course returning to study in Autumn 2027
  • Must have the right to work in the UK already in place
  • Available to start working full time from June 2026
  • Interested in the area you are applying for, whether this is through your studies, experiences, extracurricular activities or a general interest
  • A strong curiosity in Buying, Licensing, E-Commerce, Retail or Consumer Products
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure
  • Ability to connect with people at all levels in a professional and mature manner
  • Ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines and undertake various administrative duties
  • Strong MS Office skills

Responsibilities

  • Assist with licensing for partnerships
  • Assess samples
  • Manage product catalogues
  • Analyse the market
  • Support the E-Commerce Team with planning and trading Online stores (Site Merchandising)
  • Prepare products to launch online by uploading them into the system and reviewing data categorisation (Site Merchandising)
  • Gain exposure to marketing and PR campaigns by working on new product launches (Disney Home)
  • Support aspects such as finance and reporting (Disney Home)
  • Support stakeholder management with external licensees and work independently on market research presentations (Disney Home)
  • Assist the Buying team with delivering consumer products from initial competitor research through to launching in Flagship Stores and online (Disney Store)
  • Develop Buying, commercial retail, data analysis and presentation skills (Disney Store)
  • Support licensed video games launching across the EMEA region (Games)
  • Facilitate and coordinate marketing activities including influencer and creator content, in-person video activations or events (Games)
  • Assess success of marketing methods through web analytic tools as well as performance of mobile applications and video gaming content (Games)
