Support the Product Leader of a given area (Health, Insurance, Growth) on top product priorities, such as building new products, unlocking new growth, driving alignment on strategy, and building new processes internally
Work on Insurance track: Accelerate the internalisation of key assets, launch strategic initiatives to improve competitiveness, improve claims experience
Work on Health track: Launch new exploratory health products within the ecosystem, accelerate finding product-market fit for existing bets, deep dive on member needs
Support the team by running key processes on people, data, legal to keep operations tight while building the future
