Plans to graduate in Fall/Winter 2026 or later
Understanding of the software development life-cycle (SDLC) and experience working on software development projects
Demonstrated ability to champion projects from beginning through implementation
Ability to communicate clearly and rally teams and individuals around a vision
Strong documentation and technical writing skills
Ability to build relationships and collaborate with a wide range of team members and stakeholders from different backgrounds
Self-starter who takes initiative in solving problems and can self-manage commitments and deadlines
Ability to approach complex problems with a critical thinking and solutions-oriented mindset
Majoring in a technical concentration or have a strong interest in technology
An eye for detail and a desire to document everything
Authorized to work permanently for any employer in the U.S. (no employment visa sponsorship)

Responsibilities

Work with clients to understand business needs and objectives
Collaborate with project team members to break down abstract client needs into precise product requirements
Help keep projects running smoothly by managing requirement backlogs
Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical tickets for the engineering team
Build a shared understanding of product requirements among the internal team
Work closely with product designers to build experiences that align with business goals and support the end-users’ needs
Participate in the delivery of large and complex software projects in a team-based environment
