Candidates should have over 3 years of experience in product, business, or data analytics, with a strong background in data mining, quantitative analysis, and problem-solving. Proficiency in SQL and a scripting language like Python or R for data wrangling and analysis, along with experience with BI and visualization tools such as Power BI, is required. Experience with product analytics platforms like Pendo and working with data platform or engineering teams is also necessary. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in ambiguous environments and possesses strong communication and data storytelling skills.
The Product Analyst will analyze product and customer data to uncover trends in adoption, retention, and engagement, and define, track, and report on key metrics. They will build dashboards and scalable reporting to unify data and make insights accessible, working with incomplete or inconsistent data to ensure accuracy. Responsibilities include partnering with Product Managers to validate hypotheses and measure feature performance, collaborating with Finance to connect product usage with revenue outcomes, and supporting the Commercial team with insights for go-to-market strategy. The role also involves acting as a data advocate to ensure insights drive decision-making across teams.
