Responsibilities

The Product Analyst will analyze product and customer data to uncover trends in adoption, retention, and engagement, and define, track, and report on key metrics. They will build dashboards and scalable reporting to unify data and make insights accessible, working with incomplete or inconsistent data to ensure accuracy. Responsibilities include partnering with Product Managers to validate hypotheses and measure feature performance, collaborating with Finance to connect product usage with revenue outcomes, and supporting the Commercial team with insights for go-to-market strategy. The role also involves acting as a data advocate to ensure insights drive decision-making across teams.
