Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; master’s in business or relevant technology leadership focus significantly beneficial
  • 3+ years of experience working within a product management team focused on delivery, technology, and software development
  • Good analytical skills and technical aptitude
  • Ability to bring a voice of influence and impact to agile and interdependent teams by understanding the team vision, highlighting collaboration touch points, and navigating complex capabilities with strong communication
  • Proficiency at all stages of the Product Delivery Lifecycle, focusing on driving business change from strategy to marketplace
  • Ability to focus on and understand the customer experience end-to-end, identify pain points, and communicate to agile teams via epics and stories while working across stakeholders
  • Demonstrate a growth and learning mindset with constant curiosity to advance skills, stay current, and keep the team updated

Responsibilities

  • Work within a squad partnering closely with asset management, Fidelity’s distribution channels, and the broader organization to deliver investment capabilities for retail, intermediary, and institutional clients
  • Blend Product Management and Business Analysis skills to drive business deliverables within the Product Development Life Cycle
  • Empathize with customers, define problem statements, generate solution ideas, collaborate, and bring products to life
  • Apply three primary principles: Strategy (understanding the problem/'why' and aligning to mission), Execution (how work gets done), and Business Readiness (driving product to launch and post-launch support)
  • Influence and collaborate across agile teams to achieve business goals
  • Identify customer pain points and communicate requirements to agile teams through epics and stories
  • Promote Fidelity and agile leadership behaviors to sustain an innovative learning agile culture and support continuous improvement and career development
